Elden Schorn, DirectorElden has held a number of Directorships with companies traded on the TSX and OTC Bulletin Board Exchanges prior to his position as a Director of Smartcool. He presently sits as Chairman of the Board for Global Green Solutions Inc., a biofuel development company. Elden is also the President and founder of Windstone Financial Corp.,providing financial and management advisory services as well as government relations assistance. Elden has had twenty years of progressive and increasingly responsible positions in the federal and provincial governments in Canada in areas of social, education and economic development program delivery and in environmental regulation. |
George Burnes, DirectorPrior to joining Smartcool Systems Inc., Mr. Burnes was instrumental in the development of several customer-focused enterprises engaged in new product and service deployment. Mr. Burnes most recently held the position of President & COO of Novus Entertainment Inc; a communications service provider offering consumer's choice for their entertainments needs. Mr. Burnes was also President & COO of Silent Witness Enterprises Inc, a leading developer of advanced security systems distributed worldwide. Additionally he was founding director of Image Systems Corporation, a company engaged in the development of interactive television systems and services. |
