Vancouver, BC. October 27, 2011, Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSX-V: SSC) is pleased to announce the launch of an aggressive new Dealer incentive program focused on achieving widespread product recognition and volume sales for the ECO3. Smartcool anticipates this program will generate an increase in ECO3 sales by 300% in 2012, in addition to continued growth from existing ECO3 distributors.

“Our goal with the ECO3 Dealer Program is to identify a limited number of qualified Dealers in major population centers, who have the sales expertise to bring our ECO3 into the massive residential and small commercial market,” explains George Burnes, President & CEO of Smartcool. “We have already proven we have a market leading product, we simply need many new feet on the ground to reach customers desperate for relief from high energy bills.”

In addition to recruiting sales-focused Dealers, Smartcool is training a small cohort of Installers to provide installation services and technical support for customers in each target region of the program.

The ECO3 Dealer Program has already begun with a major push in the south Florida area, centered in Miami, led by Smartcool’s new Director of ECO3 Distribution & Support, Bruce Kemp.

Bruce explains, “I have worked extensively with the ECO3 in the field and recognize it as the single most cost effective and reliable energy efficiency product on the market. I am excited to join Smartcool and drive the new ECO3 Dealer Program, as I know that we will be bringing two major benefits to the market. First, we save energy and money for our customers. Second, our Dealer initiative introduces small businesses and individuals to an exceptional product that will substantially increase their profitability despite a difficult economic climate.”

Bruce joins Smartcool from a strong technical background including two engineering degrees with extensive graduate studies in control theory. Bruce worked for United Technologies, including the divisions of Pratt & Whitney and Carrier Corporation where he was responsible for over 132 global product development efforts.
