Every Smartcool installation is fully supported by Smartcool or one of our local distributors. Customers can find basic information in their product user manual to help them check savings or put their ECO3 or ESM into manual bypass.
For extra help, you should contact your local technical support- this is usually the person who installed the ECO3 or ESM for you. If local support is not available, the Smartcool team is available to help you with any problems you may have.
Smartcool warrants the products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of eighteen months from the date of installation. This warranty applies only to new products and shall be limited to the repair and replacement of the defective components or workmanship. The defective products shall be returned to Smartcool for repair.
Where Smartcool has carried out the installation Smartcool warrants the installation to be free of defects for a period of eighteen months from the date of installation. Smartcool will provide a free on site repair service during the first year of the warranty period.
Smartcool or their authorized service agent shall carry out all warranty repairs. The warranty shall not apply if the products are modified, repaired, tampered with or incorrectly installed by persons other than those authorized by Smartcool. Smartcool reserves the right to charge at the prevailing standard service rate for any service rendered not covered by this warranty.
